The Morning Mindfulness 15

If you haven't already, today is the day to take responsibility for your life. No more excuses as to why you are unable to do whatever it is you want to do. Yes, some of the things you will want in this world will require high levels of patience, dedication, hard work, and focus, but that's what taking responsibility encompasses.

You're ready to live a life you know you deserve. You know you deserve to go wherever you please, whenever you please.

You know you deserve to get whatever you need exactly when you need it.

You know you deserve respect everywhere you go.

You know you deserve everything your heart desires, but you must take responsibility first. Responsibility turns into empowerment and when you are empowered you will go forth fearlessly through life and there will be nothing that can stop you.

So before we end, say to yourself right now out loud, "I'm taking responsibility today because I want the empowerment I need in order to recieve everything I deserve and desire."

Allow us to assist you in removing the blockages.

Money Is Energy

. . . and How to Amplify It Everything in our lives is made up of energy — including our thoughts, words, and emotions. Money is an expression of energy and how you choose to consciously think, feel, spend, and save your money determines how much (or how little) you will have of it. Most of us are raised to believe that there isn’t enough money, that you have to work hard to make any money, or that there’s never enough of it to go around. These beliefs become ingrained in us and ultimately create our subconscious money stories, aka limiting money beliefs. And since our subconscious mind runs our life about 95 percent of the time, meaning that only 5 percent of our existence is from our actual conscious mind, it’s no surprise that most of us don’t have the healthiest relationship with money. Growing up, I was taught that money was hard to come by, being rich meant you were bad or selfish, and no matter how much you had, something bad would happen so you’d end up losing it quickly. And t

It can get worse. It can get better.

A good friend of mine reached out to me with the following: "My favorite massage teacher in the whole world used to say, "If it can get worse, it can get better." and I want to hear your story about that." This is where my understanding is at the moment: How we see a situation is based on our judgment of it. And, whether we know it or not, we’re always judging. Consequently, we give a situation a path to a certain outcome based on the energy we give it with our judgment. So, if we see a situation as bad, then we give it permission and momentum to develop in that direction. And if we see a situation as a doorway to better possibilities, then our thoughts direct creative energy to the situation; guiding it to evolve in the direction of our beliefs. Over the last few years a creed developed for me that still stands unchallenged by my experiences. A set of three “rules”. The first two don’t pertain to the topic at hand, but the third is:
