Transformation: Preparing the Physical Body

During my work, I have learned about everything being composed of energy, and the shape, form and transformation of this energy are determined by frequency and vibration.

As the Earth changes its vibration and frequency as it raises itself into a new dimension, we too must prepare ourselves for transformation. “They” have said that we will notice the physical effects more as the frequencies and vibrations increase.

Many of us can sense this transformation; on another level of our being, something profound is happening. With all the changes going on around us, our physical bodies must also change in order to adjust.

During a time of transformation, some physical symptoms may be unpleasant and cause concern. As the frequency of the planet increases, we will have less difficulty with symptoms caused by energy blockages.

Many of my subjects have been told that they must change their diet in order to make the adjustment in frequencies to achieve physical and spiritual transformation. They and I have been warned repeatedly to stop eating meats, especially beef and pork. We were cautioned against eating animal protein in general, due to the processing with harsh chemicals and artificial ingredients which act as irritants to the body.

The body cannot achieve transformation if toxins are polluting it. “They” said fowl and fish were better meats because they are lighter, but the best foods of all are fresh fruits and vegetables.

The information I have received clearly states the body must become lighter in order to make the ascension and realize transformation. Drinking clean water is also extremely important in order to flush the body of toxins and to resonate with higher frequencies.

With a new understanding that what we eat affects not only our physical but spiritual transformation, it is more crucial now than ever to pay extra attention to our diet.

The Morning Mindfulness 16

There's an ideology I believe we must embrace at all times: Your life, your choices. Our ability to consciously exercise choice is tapping directly into our divine essence. There's a quote by Carl Jung that has assisted me throughout the years in regard to exercising choice, "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." In my area of work (consultation for those suffering from anxiety and depression), assisting clients with the understanding that they must make the conscious choice every moment of the day to become a better version of themselves is critical to their healing. They must make themselves aware that every decision they make has the support system of the thought, "Is this best for my healing and health?"  I understand that this requires an immense amount of self-awareness and responsibility, but the engagement of "controlling your fate" demands nothing less. So, throughout the day, examin

Money Is Energy

. . . and How to Amplify It Everything in our lives is made up of energy — including our thoughts, words, and emotions. Money is an expression of energy and how you choose to consciously think, feel, spend, and save your money determines how much (or how little) you will have of it. Most of us are raised to believe that there isn’t enough money, that you have to work hard to make any money, or that there’s never enough of it to go around. These beliefs become ingrained in us and ultimately create our subconscious money stories, aka limiting money beliefs. And since our subconscious mind runs our life about 95 percent of the time, meaning that only 5 percent of our existence is from our actual conscious mind, it’s no surprise that most of us don’t have the healthiest relationship with money. Growing up, I was taught that money was hard to come by, being rich meant you were bad or selfish, and no matter how much you had, something bad would happen so you’d end up losing it quickly. And t
